2014: Taiwan OSRAM LED bulbs with LITUP COB

2014:High-power UV-LED Solutions.

2015: Granted the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Research (SBIR) Grant approval.

2016: Developed edge-emitting laser components, EEL-SMD

2018: Development of micro-refractor.

2021: Secured the micro-refractor Patent
